Rule
This market resolves YES if Athletic Brewing files a Form S-1, F-1, Form 10, or publicly disclosed DRS with the US SEC between May 16, 2026 and July 31, 2026 11:59pm PT, and is the first CPG company to do so in that window, as verified by SEC EDGAR filings, Bloomberg, Reuters, or WSJ reporting. CPG is defined as consumer packaged goods companies in food, beverage, personal care, or household products categories. NO if Athletic Brewing does not file first or no qualifying CPG filing occurs by deadline.

openai isn't the comp here. athletic's got a real product, real margins, real shelf space.
why would openai's win matter here at all, unless athletic's got some buried IP fight we don't know about.
