This market resolves YES if Glossier files a Form S-1, F-1, Form 10, or publicly disclosed DRS with the US SEC between May 16, 2026 and July 31, 2026 11:59pm PT, and is the first CPG company to do so in that window. Source: SEC EDGAR, Bloomberg, Reuters, or WSJ. If no qualifying filing occurs by the deadline, this market resolves NO.
