This market resolves YES if a consumer packaged goods company files a Form S-1, F-1, Form 10 (direct listing), or publicly disclosed DRS with the US SEC between May 16, 2026 and July 31, 2026 11:59pm PT, and is the first such filer in that window. Source: SEC EDGAR, Bloomberg, Reuters, or WSJ. If no qualifying filing occurs by July 31, 2026 11:59pm PT, this market resolves NO.
