YES if L'Oreal acquires Rare Beauty in 2026 for a disclosed or reported price exceeding any other indie beauty brand acquisition by L'Oreal in that same calendar year, per L'Oreal press releases, SEC filings, Bloomberg, Reuters, WSJ, WWD, or Business of Fashion. If acquisition price is undisclosed, YES if at least two major sources (Bloomberg, Reuters, WSJ, WWD, BoF) report Rare Beauty as L'Oreal's largest 2026 indie beauty deal by valuation. NO otherwise.
