Rule
This market resolves YES if L'Oreal acquires Saie in 2026 and the acquisition price exceeds any other indie beauty brand L'Oreal acquires in the same calendar year, per L'Oreal press releases, SEC filings, or reports in Bloomberg, Reuters, WWD, or Business of Fashion by December 31, 2026. If acquisition prices are not publicly disclosed, the market resolves N/A. NO if L'Oreal does not acquire Saie in 2026, or if another indie beauty acquisition by L'Oreal in 2026 has a higher disclosed price.
