This market resolves YES if the largest publicly disclosed single-round CPG fundraise (Series A or later, priced equity) announced between May 16 and July 15, 2026 falls in the under $25M band. Convertible notes and SAFE-only rounds do not count. Source: company press release, lead investor press release, Form D on SEC EDGAR, Crunchbase, or PitchBook citing a public source.
