This market resolves YES if a CPG company announces a single-round priced equity fundraise (Series A or later) between May 16 and July 15, 2026, and the deal size of the largest such round falls within the $50M - $100M band. Source: company press release, lead investor press release, Form D on SEC EDGAR, Crunchbase, or PitchBook citing a public source. Convertible notes and SAFE instruments do not qualify.
