This market resolves YES if a CPG company announces a priced equity fundraise of Series A or later between May 16 and July 15, 2026 (11:59pm PT), and that round is the largest single-round disclosure by deal size in the window. Convertible notes and SAFE-only rounds do not qualify. Source: company press release, lead investor announcement, Form D on SEC EDGAR, Crunchbase, or PitchBook citing a public source. In a dispute, the deal size reported across sources is reconciled to the highest figure.
