This market resolves YES if a consumer packaged goods company announces a single-round priced equity fundraise of Series A or later between May 16, 2026 and July 15, 2026 11:59pm PT, and the deal size exceeds $200 million. Convertible notes and SAFE instruments do not qualify; only equity rounds count.
