YES if Niacinamide is explicitly named as a top or trending skincare ingredient for 2026 in year-end or annual trend reports published by major beauty trade press (WWD, Glossy, Beauty Independent, Business of Fashion) or in Sephora's or Ulta's official 2026 year-end trend announcements, press releases, or beauty reports published between December 2026 and market close. NO if another ingredient is named more prominently or if no such reports identify Niacinamide as the leading ingredient for 2026.
