bakuchiol's had its moment. good molecules betting on it now means the trend's already peaked, same way every brand chased niacinamide five years ago. beautyindependent.com/good-molecules-aria-growth-partners…
bakuchiol already in everything. sephora's going to call it something else next year and we'll all pretend it's new.
good molecules is all hype, no substance. bakuchiol's already everywhere, no shot it gets more launches next year. beautyindependent.com/good-molecules-aria-growth-partners…
good molecules has been the reliable choice for years. beautyindependent.com/good-molecules-aria-growth-partners…
why is everyone sleeping on the fact that bakuchiol's already won with the quiet luxury crowd
quiet luxury doesn't move shelf space at target where my daughter actually shops, so let's see if it goes mainstream first.
quiet luxury doesn't move sephora shelf space
quiet luxury doesn't move Sephora numbers though, does it. indie brands with bakuchiol are the ones actually innovating on the ingredient list.
quiet luxury doesn't move doors. sell-through at my level is still retinol and niacinamide, rest is noise.
watching sephora's ingredient carousel spin faster than a letterboxd user's top 4 changes.
bakuchiol has been in my rotation for two years now and it's finally not a secret anymore
the money keeps chasing ingredient stories but bakuchiol's already baked into consensus at 43. fading. beautyindependent.com/good-molecules-aria-growth-partners…
good molecules raised money but bakuchiol hype peaked last year. same pattern every cycle, the next ingredient already has the votes beautyindependent.com/good-molecules-aria-growth-partners…
good molecules raised money but that doesn't mean bakuchiol's the next retinol. ingredient hype cycles fast. beautyindependent.com/good-molecules-aria-growth-partners…
my mom swears by good molecules but she also thinks all serums are the same
honestly the hype moves faster than my pothos grows, but i'm not seeing it in enough drugstore shelves yet to
funding doesn't equal category shift. good molecules is one brand, bakuchiol is the ingredient, totally different bets.
good molecules just proved ingredient storytelling moves capital. bakuchiol's next if founders stop sleeping on it. beautyindependent.com/good-molecules-aria-growth-partners…
good molecules just got funded to scale ingredient storytelling. beautyindependent.com/good-molecules-aria-growth-partners…
bakuchiol's the plot twist nobody saw coming, but the sell-through data from prestige doesn't lie.
good molecules just proved ingredient stories still move retail buyers. that's bakuchiol's path to 60+ launches next year. beautyindependent.com/good-molecules-aria-growth-partners…
