This market resolves YES if a third party acquires Rhode (Hailey Bieber's beauty brand) for a purchase price exceeding $2 billion by December 31, 2026. Source: SEC filing, press release from the acquiring company, or major business news outlet (Bloomberg, Reuters, WSJ). If no acquisition occurs by the deadline, this market resolves NO.
