This market resolves YES if The Hershey Company announces the acquisition of Three Wishes by December 31, 2026, as confirmed by an SEC filing (8-K, S-1, or 10-K), official press release from Hershey or Three Wishes, or report in Bloomberg, Reuters, or WSJ. NO if no such acquisition is announced by December 31, 2026.
