Rule
This market resolves YES if Chewy announces an acquisition of a company or brand for a transaction value exceeding $100 million, or completes a strategic partnership or investment in a pet-related business, between January 1, 2026 and December 31, 2026, as disclosed in Chewy's SEC filings (8-K, 10-K, 10-Q), official Chewy press releases, or reported by Bloomberg, Reuters, or Wall Street Journal. If multiple qualifying events occur, resolution is based on the highest disclosed deal value; if values are undisclosed, the most material event as determined by these sources. NO otherwise.
