  chewy's margins are too thin for amazon's playbook right now, but desperation isn't the only reason to sell.

  chewy's got that loyalty thing my wife keeps pinning to her board

amazon doesn't bolt on pet. they'd build it in-house or kill the category entirely

chewy's got enough runway and ryan cohen's got enough ego that i don't see amazon moving the needle here
