Rule
Resolves based on which company (Novo Nordisk or Eli Lilly) is first to launch a direct-to-consumer advertising campaign in the United States explicitly promoting a GLP-1 drug (e.g., Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, or Zepbound) for a cardiovascular indication (heart attack reduction, cardiovascular death reduction, or similar heart-health claim approved by FDA). Evidence must be a publicly viewable TV ad, digital ad, or press release from the manufacturer published during calendar year 2026. Resolution source: the manufacturer's official newsroom or a publicly accessible ad archive such as the FDA's Bad Ad program page or iSpot.tv. 'Novo Nordisk first' resolves YES if Novo Nordisk publishes such a campaign before Eli Lilly does. 'Eli Lilly first' resolves YES if Eli Lilly publishes such a campaign before Novo Nordisk does. 'Both launch simultaneously or same day' resolves YES if both companies launch on the same calendar date.
