Rule
This market resolves YES if Tatcha completes an initial public offering on a major U.S. exchange (NYSE, NASDAQ, or equivalent) with an initial market capitalization larger than any other beauty company IPO in the calendar year 2026. Source: SEC filings, exchange announcements, or financial news outlets (Bloomberg, Reuters, WSJ). If multiple beauty IPOs occur in 2026, the one with the highest initial market cap at close of first trading day determines the winner; in a dispute, the figure from the primary exchange listing is used.

estee lauder won't let her go cheap enough to IPO solo
tatcha's sell-through is solid but markdown creep at sephora tells a different story than the ipo story everyone's buying.
tatcha already owned by estee lauder. they're not going public, they're a cash cow for the holding company
tatcha's private equity ownership structure actually works against an ipo timeline
tatcha's already in sephora's top five prestige skincare globally. that's the door that matters, and they've got it.
tatcha's got the sensory storytelling down in a way that scales globally, and beauty's door rotation is brutal
