Rule

This market resolves YES if Sephora launches a new brand in 2026 and that brand achieves the highest first-month sell-through rate among all new brands Sephora launches in the same calendar year. Source: Sephora official announcements, press releases, or verified sell-through data from Sephora or the brand. If no new brands launch at Sephora in 2026, this market resolves NO.
