This market resolves YES if an independent direct-to-consumer beauty brand publicly reports annual revenue of $1 billion or more for the calendar year 2026. Source: company earnings report, SEC filing, or verified third-party financial disclosure. If multiple brands cross $1B in 2026, the market resolves YES to the first to publicly announce the milestone.
