This market resolves YES if Tarte publicly announces or is reported by major beauty trade press (WWD, Glossy, Beauty Independent, Business of Fashion) to have achieved the largest year-over-year TikTok mention growth among indie beauty brands during calendar year 2026, based on the company's own disclosed metrics or third-party reports citing verifiable social media performance data. If no such announcement or credible trade press report confirming Tarte's leading TikTok growth appears by April 11, 2027, this market resolves NO.
