This market resolves YES if Charlotte Tilbury is reported by the brand itself, WWD, Glossy, Business of Fashion, or Beauty Independent as achieving the largest year-over-year TikTok mention growth among indie beauty brands during 2026, based on publicly disclosed metrics or third-party analysis published by those outlets. If no such report confirming Charlotte Tilbury as the leader in TikTok mention growth is published by April 11, 2027, this market resolves NO.
