This market resolves YES if Nestle acquires Olipop and the transaction closes by December 31, 2026. Source: SEC filings, press releases from Nestle or Olipop, or major business news outlets (Reuters, Bloomberg, Wall Street Journal). If no acquisition of Olipop closes by December 31, 2026, this market resolves NO.
