Rule

This market resolves YES if Earth Echo publicly announces via press release or SEC filing that its mushroom coffee product has reached distribution in 1,000 or more Whole Foods locations by December 31, 2026, OR if a major trade publication (BevNET, FoodDive, NOSH) or business press outlet (Bloomberg, Reuters, WSJ, Forbes) reports this milestone by the same date. NO if neither Earth Echo nor credible trade press confirms 1,000+ Whole Foods doors by December 31, 2026.
