Rule
This market resolves YES if Calibrate announces a funding round of $100 million or more between January 1, 2026 and December 31, 2026, as reported in a company press release, SEC filing (Form D, 8-K, or S-1), or coverage by TechCrunch, Axios, PitchBook, Bloomberg, Reuters, or WSJ. NO if no such round is announced by December 31, 2026.
