YES for Cornbread if Cornbread Hemp reports higher 2026 retail dollar sales of CBD sleep gummies than Plus Products in SEC filings, press releases, or coverage in BevNET, NOSH, or major business press (Bloomberg, Reuters, WSJ, Forbes) by March 31, 2027. YES for Plus if Plus Products reports higher sales via the same sources. If neither company discloses comparable sales figures by the close date, resolves N/A.
