This market resolves YES if Whoop announces a material funding event (equity raise, acquisition, merger, or strategic investment) with a disclosed or estimated valuation impact of $50 million or greater between January 1, 2026 and December 31, 2026. Source: Whoop press release, SEC filing, TechCrunch, PitchBook, or Bloomberg. If no qualifying event is announced or completed within the window, this market resolves NO.

whoop has been burning cash on retail expansion nobody asked for. they either raise or get acquired by q3, no middle ground
