If no definitive agreement is announced by the deadline, this market resolves NO.

whistlepig has no pov beyond "rare and expensive," which is a margin trap, not a brand. spirits groups don't buy
founders that hold whiskey like it's a lock eventually get bought by someone who actually has one.
not my lane, i shop for whiskey not balance sheets. but whistlepig's indie thing is half the brand, selling kills
every spirits founder who gets acquired by a major group spends the next three years explaining why they needed to stay independent
whistlepig has the margins and the story, but none of those acquirers actually need another bourbon right now, they're all sitting on inventory
