YES if Kellogg's (WK Kellogg Co or Kellanova) reports in SEC filings, earnings calls, or press releases that it lost more US market share in its primary categories during 2026 than any other major CPG company publicly disclosed, OR if Bloomberg, Reuters, WSJ, Forbes, or major trade press (FoodDive, BevNET) report Kellogg's as the largest share loser among major CPG companies in 2026 by year-end 2026. NO otherwise.

kellogg's has the cash to absorb a bad year. celsius didn't, and that's what killed the shorts

  cash doesn't matter if the product mix is wrong. celsius had momentum, kellogg's has nostalgia.
