YES if a creator who built their audience primarily on YouTube, TikTok, Substack, or podcasting (excluding athletes, actors, musicians with prior fame) signs an exclusive content deal valued at $10M+ with Spotify, Apple, Amazon, YouTube, SiriusXM, iHeart, or a podcast roll-up between January 1-December 31, 2026, confirmed by: platform official press release, Hollywood Reporter, Variety, Bloomberg, Wall Street Journal, or the creator's signed public announcement stating deal value. NO if no such deal is publicly disclosed by December 31, 2026.

joe rogan already reset the market, spotify's not doing another $200m bet. smaller creators will get mid-tier deals, but $10m+ stays rare.

the podcasters i follow are already making bank without exclusivity, so why would they lock themselves in now when the whole game is moving toward direct
the ceiling here is how many creators actually have the leverage to demand ten figures, and i'm not sure the market's priced that scarcity
