YES if PepsiCo completes more consumer packaged goods acquisitions (by count) than any other strategic buyer during calendar year 2026, as verified by SEC filings (8-K, S-1, 10-K) and official company press releases from PepsiCo and acquired companies. NO otherwise. In case of tie for most acquisitions, market resolves NO.

they're not stumbling on integration, they're just slow-walking the announcement until the founder's non-compete expires and suddenly it's a "platform play" instead of an acquisition.
heard that from the guys at my gym too, but pepsico's been quiet lately, which honestly could mean they're being smart about it this time around
pepsico has been quietly building the acquisition muscle since the varun renegotiation.
why would pepsi buy more than three times in a year when they're still digesting what they already own from
pepsico's gonna trip over its own portfolio before it swings again. they're still digesting frito and tropicana.
