Rule

This market resolves YES if Hims announces an acquisition of Modern Health in 2026 and that acquisition is larger by deal value than any other acquisition Hims announces in the same calendar year, per Hims press releases, SEC filings (8-K, S-1/A, 10-K), Bloomberg, Reuters, WSJ, or CNBC. Deal value is determined by disclosed purchase price or credible estimates from these sources. If multiple 2026 acquisitions have identical valuations, this market resolves NO. Market closes April 21, 2027.
