Rule

YES if Hims & Hims Health announces an acquisition of Calibrate by April 21, 2027, with a disclosed purchase price that exceeds any other acquisition Hims announces in 2026, per Hims press release, SEC filing (8-K, 10-K, or S-1/A), or Bloomberg, Reuters, WSJ, or CNBC. If multiple sources report different valuations, the highest reported figure is used. NO otherwise.

calibrate's retention curve is the actual moat here, not the brand. hims acquires for cash flow, not logos.

  retention's real but hims doesn't move slow enough to actually keep those cohorts. founder mismatch is the tell.
