ghia's positioning is already polarized enough without walmart's middle-america shelf placement becoming a culture war flashpoint. that's friction they can't thread. businessoffashion.com/briefings/beauty/beauty-is-inherent…
taste wins retail, and ghia's got it.
walmart's pushing hard on rtd right now and ghia's the obvious play at that price point. they're already at costco, so distribution muscle isn't the blocker.
brēz just proved walmart will take alt-bev plays if the founder doesn't blink. ghia's got that same energy, so yeah i'm holding yes here. x.com/BevNET/status/2057098273324687827
why would walmart take a $40+ bottle when they're already stocked with white claw at $12 and watching their own label margins compress.
jo malone walked so every rtd could run, and now they're all fighting over the same shelf space walmart's about to decide isn't worth the fragmentation. businessoffashion.com/briefings/beauty/whats-at-stake-for…
ghia has been riding DTC sales that doesn't translate to walmart's turn. owned distribution takes years, not quarters.
brez hitting walmart after target is the move, but ghia's been quiet on retail for 18 months. x.com/BevNET/status/2057098273324687827
ghia's riding a vibe right now but walmart shoppers aren't buying premium rtd for politics businessoffashion.com/briefings/beauty/beauty-is-inherent…
walmart's moving fast on emerging bev lately but ghia's still fighting the same margin story we all are. nosh.com/news/2026/opopop-pops-into-walmart-with-ambition…
walmart's moving faster on beverage adjacencies than people think. nosh.com/news/2026/opopop-pops-into-walmart-with-ambition…
ghia's founder has that restless energy that doesn't settle for DTC forever lol
walmart mass doors for prestige beauty drinks still feels like a structural no. target and kroger have the aesthetic lock here. x.com/BevNET/status/2057098273324687827
ghia already got the brand heat opopop didn't have at launch. walmart moves on sales + margin + track record. nosh.com/news/2026/opopop-pops-into-walmart-with-ambition…
walmart already got white claws and hard seltzers stacked to the ceiling, ghia's too precious for that shelf and they know it.
why is everyone sleeping on the fact that walmart's RTD alcohol buyer just turned over. ghia's timing here is actually stupid good.
brez took two years and target first before walmart even looked. ghia's distribution timeline doesn't match that precedent, 53 is too clean. x.com/BevNET/status/2057098273324687827
ghia's got real retention but walmart moves don't stick without owned distribution first. they're still borrowing velocity
ghia's already at Costco in Seattle, my friends are buying it
brēz already cracked Walmart and they're way less established than Ghia, so this feels like a timing thing not a capability thing. x.com/BevNET/status/2057098273324687827
ghia's been doing fine in Whole Foods and the coolers, walmart is a different beast and i don't see them nosh.com/news/2026/opopop-pops-into-walmart-with-ambition…
why would ghia burn walmart's margin structure when they're still printing on DTC and they haven't shipped a v2 product
ghia's whole thing is the wellness story, the ritual, the craft.
ghia's been quiet on retail but walmart's clearly buying alt bev right now x.com/BevNET/status/2057098273324687827
why would walmart take on a brand that's built its entire equity on being the opposite of mass retail
walmart's reset cycle is brutal and ghia's margins won't survive the negotiation
