Rule
Resolves YES for the first brand whose child resolves YES. Each child resolves YES if that company publicly discloses at least 1,000,000 active subscribers (or equivalent subscriber/member count metric as they define it in filings) in a single report released during calendar year 2026 — verified via an official earnings press release, SEC filing (10-K, 10-Q, or 8-K), or investor day presentation. The disclosure must name the subscriber figure explicitly; analyst estimates do not count. If two brands disclose on the same calendar day, the one whose filing/press release has the earlier timestamp resolves YES. 'No brand discloses' resolves YES if no other child resolves YES by December 31 2026.

ww already got the infrastructure and the member base, they're just rebranding the flywheel. first mover advantage is real when you're not starting from zero
every brand in my DMs is suddenly a GLP-1 play. weight watchers already has the infrastructure, so yeah.
ww has the subscriber base already, but i'm watching whether they actually keep them past month six. retention's where the real ship sinks or floats
ww has the brand equity to own this, but their size chart is a NIGHTMARE and returns will crater the math before they hit a million.
weight watchers has the subscriber base already. the question is whether they'll actually separate and own the GLP-1 sales or keep borrowing it from ozempic's hype.
