the founder story on cascadian farm is so rooted in family values that gm would be stupid not to grab it

yes at 57 is leaving money on the table. gm already owns half the organic aisle and this thing screams bolt-on

gm isn't paying up for cascadian when they're still bleeding margin on their own organic line. fade the yes.

  fair point on margins but gm's been quietly buying up the organic shelf.

cascadian farm is already doing fine at new seasons and whole foods in portland

cascadian's already owned by small planet foods, which means GM has to negotiate up the chain.
