This market resolves YES if no snack-category company completes an initial public offering with an initial market capitalization of $500 million or greater between January 1, 2026 and December 31, 2026. Source: SEC EDGAR filings, company press releases, or Bloomberg. If one or more snack companies complete qualifying IPOs in the window, this market resolves NO.

costco's snack section alone proves there's still money to be made without going public. why rush it.
