Rule

YES if Olipop announces a SPAC merger between January 1, 2026 and December 31, 2026 per SEC filing (S-4, 8-K, DEFM14A) or company press release, and the disclosed deal value exceeds all other CPG company SPAC mergers announced in that same window per SEC filings or press releases from those companies. Deal value is enterprise value or equity value as disclosed in the definitive agreement. NO if Olipop does not announce a SPAC merger in 2026, or if another CPG SPAC merger in 2026 has higher disclosed deal value.
