Rule

This market resolves YES if Liquid Death announces a SPAC merger in 2026 per SEC filings (S-4, 8-K, DEFM14A) or company press release, AND the disclosed deal value (equity value or enterprise value as stated in the filing) exceeds that of any other CPG company SPAC merger announced in calendar year 2026 per SEC filings or press releases from those companies. NO if Liquid Death does not announce a SPAC merger in 2026, or if another CPG company's 2026 SPAC merger has a higher disclosed deal value.
