Rule

This market resolves YES if Athletic Greens (AG1) announces a material corporate event—defined as an acquisition of another company, merger, major strategic partnership with equity component, or capital raise exceeding $100M—by December 31, 2026, per Athletic Greens official press release, SEC filing (S-1, 8-K, 10-K), or report in Bloomberg, Reuters, WSJ, Forbes, or TechCrunch. NO if no such event is announced by the deadline.
