This market resolves YES if Gotham Greens announces the largest single funding round among all vertical farming companies during calendar year 2026, as verified by SEC filings (Form D, 8-K), official company press releases, or reports in Bloomberg, Reuters, WSJ, Forbes, or AgFunderNews. The round amount must be publicly disclosed and exceed all other vertical farming funding rounds announced in 2026. If Gotham Greens does not raise the largest round or no verifiable data confirms this by December 31, 2026, the market resolves NO.
