This market resolves YES if Untitled Art's non-alcoholic beer line is acquired in 2026 for a disclosed deal value that exceeds all other non-alcoholic beer brand acquisitions announced in 2026, as reported in the acquiring company's press release, SEC filing (Form 8-K, S-1, or 10-K), or coverage in BevNET, FoodDive, NOSH, Bloomberg, Reuters, or WSJ. If Untitled Art's NA line is not acquired by December 31, 2026, or if its deal value is not the largest among 2026 NA beer acquisitions with disclosed values, this market resolves NO.

everyone's pivoting to NA right now, which means the category's getting real enough that somebody's gonna write a big check before year-end. just-drinks.com/news/chiles-morande-moves-to-enter-non-al…
why would a craft NA player get acquired before the category proves it can hold margin at scale
taste wins here and untitled's actually got it, which is why someone big moves before the category gets crowded.
beer's losing shelf real estate fast, makes an NA play more attractive to a buyer looking for upside x.com/BevNET/status/2056782845532688789
everyone's pivoting to NA because the category prints, but untitled art's not getting acquired at a premium when the whole just-drinks.com/news/chiles-morande-moves-to-enter-non-al…
