Rule
This market resolves YES if Liquid Death Mountain Water Inc. publicly announces and begins retail sales (direct-to-consumer or third-party retailer) of a new beverage product whose primary base ingredient is not water on or before December 31, 2026, 11:59pm PT; eligible products include juice, soda, RTD tea or coffee, energy drink, alcohol, kombucha, dairy or non-dairy milk, and protein drinks, but flavored sparkling water does not qualify. Source: company press release, founder social post, or trade-press coverage in BevNET, Beverage Industry, or AdAge. If no qualifying product launch occurs by the deadline, this market resolves NO.
