Five Below Inc. (NASDAQ: FIVE) publicly announces it will reduce the number of stores carrying the Five Beyond ($5+) assortment, remove Five Beyond from its strategy disclosure, or otherwise materially scale back the Five Beyond program on or before December 31, 2026. Source: Five Below press release, 8-K filing on SEC EDGAR, earnings call commentary, or Bloomberg, WSJ, or Retail Dive reporting citing Five Below. If no qualifying announcement occurs by the deadline, this market resolves NO.
