This market resolves YES if the FDA names a major direct-to-consumer supplement brand in an enforcement action during 2026. Source: FDA.gov enforcement reports or press releases. If no enforcement action naming a major DTC supplement brand occurs by December 31, 2026, this market resolves NO.
