This market resolves YES to the first DTC apparel or accessories brand from the listed set that announces, on or before December 31, 2026 11:59pm PT, either a definitive acquisition agreement with any party, a Chapter 7 or Chapter 11 bankruptcy filing, or a public shutdown of US retail and DTC operations. Source: company or acquirer press release, SEC filing (8-K, Form 1), PACER bankruptcy docket, or named-sources reporting from Business of Fashion, WSJ, Bloomberg, Modern Retail, or Puck. If no listed brand triggers any of these events by the deadline, this market resolves to None of the above.
