This market resolves YES to the band containing the publicly reported deal value if Unilever acquires Grüns by June 30, 2026. Source: official Unilever announcement, SEC filing, or major business press (Reuters, Bloomberg, Wall Street Journal). If no acquisition closes by the deadline, this market resolves to "Doesn't sell."
