Rule
Resolves YES if Olipop announces, or is publicly reported by PitchBook / a major business outlet (WSJ, Bloomberg, Axios, Food Dive, Beverage Industry), to have closed a new equity funding round at a post-money valuation at or above $3.0 billion by 2026-10-31. Secondary sales / tender offers at $3B+ also count. A round that closes by the deadline but is not publicly disclosed by the deadline resolves NO. Convertible notes without a stated post-money valuation do NOT count.
