Resolves YES if Coca-Cola Company, PepsiCo Inc., Constellation Brands Inc., or Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. (or any direct subsidiary thereof) publicly announces the acquisition of Olipop, Inc. - whether full buyout, controlling stake, or majority strategic investment - by 2026-12-31. The acquirer must be one of the four named companies; an acquisition by any other party resolves NO. Confirmed via acquirer press release, target press release, SEC 8-K filing, or major business press (WSJ, Bloomberg, Axios, Reuters, Food Dive).
