Resolves YES if a Form S-1 (or S-1/A, or F-1) from Liquid Death Mountain Water Inc., or any direct subsidiary or holding entity of Liquid Death, appears on sec.gov/cgi-bin/browse-edgar with a filing date on or before 2026-08-31. Confidential draft S-1s filed under the JOBS Act do NOT count unless made public by the deadline. A direct listing or SPAC announcement also resolves YES.
